The Well is designed to multiply. Certified facilitators will lead Well Circles in their own communities — carrying the same framework, the same depth, and the same standard of formation that produces generational impact.

From participant to circle leader.
Complete a Well Circle as a participant
Every facilitator begins as a member. You cannot lead what you have not inhabited. The formation comes first — the function follows. Candidates emerge from within the circles, not from outside them.
Be identified and invited
Well Trained is not an open application. Candidates are identified by the founding team based on demonstrated commitment, theological grounding, leadership capacity, and the community's confirmation of their calling to facilitation.
Complete Well Trained certification
An 8-week virtual program covering the full Ephesians 2:10 curriculum, facilitation methodology, the Well meeting model, economic empowerment frameworks, assessment tools, and the cultural standards that define every Well Circle.
Lead your first licensed circle
Certified facilitators receive a license to lead Well Circles in their community, access to the full curriculum library, ongoing facilitator community support, and annual recertification to maintain the standard.

The full Well Circle toolkit
Twelve-month session guides with full facilitation notes, all assessment tools, the roundtable presentation framework, monthly check-in forms, and quarterly and annual review tools — all documented and transferable.
DEVELOPMENT
Ongoing formation
Quarterly facilitator calls with the founding team, annual recertification, and access to new curriculum as The Well develops the full three-year arc, digital resources, and economic empowerment tools.
COMMUNITY
Facilitator peer network
Access to the Well Trained facilitator community — certified leaders who share practice notes, navigate challenges together, and hold one another to the standard the framework requires.
LICENSE
The right to lead circles
A formal license to use The Well name, framework, and curriculum in your community. A stewardship, not a franchise — the license comes with full accountability to the standard it represents.
